World-renowned, gourmet chocolatier showcases handmade products at 2018 California show
Mount Pleasant, TX (January 21-23, 2018) – East Texas’ Sweet Shop USA, one of the largest handmade chocolate factories in the country and Guinness Book of World Record holder, will showcase their delicious handmade products at the Winter Fancy Food Show, presented by the Specialty Food Association, taking place January 21-23 at booth number 3404 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. Sweet Shop USA will showcase their Grab and Go Boxes, Everyday Boxes, and their Custom Boxes.

The award-winning Sweet Shop USA currently holds the coveted Guinness World Record’s title of Largest Chocolate Truffle by making a 2,368.5-pound mint ganache, chocolate truffle, measuring three feet and five inches tall and 12 feet and two inches in diameter. In addition, Sweet Shop USA’s Goji Berry Coconut Bar won the gold medal for best chocolate (milk and white) from the 2017 sofi Awards, presented at the 2017 Fancy Food Show in New York City.

The Goji Berry Coconut Crunch Bar was one of 154 Winners selected by a national panel of 62 specialty food experts from 3,000 entries across 39 categories. Every entry is carefully assessed by passionate and knowledgeable food professionals including chefs, culinary experts, academics, food writers, and category buyers. Products are judged on taste, including flavor, appearance, texture and aroma, as well as ingredient quality. All tastings are blind.
